What do I do if a item name is incorrect?

Examples:

1. Item is physically a grape mkx, but is listed as grapefruit on the Metrc Transfer. (Please wait to accept the order in Metrc until the item name is corrected on the Metrc Transfer Manifest if the order has not yet been received.)

2. The item was mis-mapped as grapefruit upon entry into your Leaf Logix POS. (When an item name is changed in Leaf Logix so will cost, price and flower equivalency).

1) Make sure to have the below info ready:

   a. Full 24-character Metrc tag number.

   b. Current Item Name in Leaf Logix (If item is a mis-map, the current incorrect name the item     is under in your Leaf Logix POS)

   c. Correct Item Name (Physical Package).

   d. Select yes or no as to if the item was received in Metrc or not. 

   If the item has not been received yet, the item name must be corrected by the vendor before    receiving the order.

   e. Delivery Invoice item name. (Driver should have in hand upon delivery)

   f. Image of the front of the item’s packaging.

   g. Image of the back of the item’s packaging.

2) Start a support ticket with the help topic 'Incorrect Item Name (METRC) or Incorrect Item Name (Leaf Logix)' depending on the issue.

3) Set the product aside and await a response on the ticket.
