What do I do if a category is incorrect for an item?

Examples:

1. Item is physically a vape cart, but came in a Metrc Transfer Manifest as a concentrate (each). (Please wait to accept the order in Metrc until the category is corrected on the Metrc Transfer Manifest if the order has not yet been received.)

2. In Leaf Logix the cart is a 510 but was sub-categorized as a vfire. 

1) Make sure to have the below info ready:

   a. Full 24-character Metrc tag number.

   b. Full item name.

   c. Incorrect item category.

   d. Correct item category.

   e. Was the item received in Metrc or not?

   If the item has not been received yet, the category must be corrected by the vendor before    receiving the order

   f. Metrc Item Category.

   g. Image of the front of the item’s packaging.

   h. Image of the back of the item’s packaging.

2) Start a support ticket with the help topic 'Incorrect Category Type (METRC) or Incorrect Category Type (Leaf Logix)' depending on the issue.

3) Set the product aside and await a response on the ticket.
