What do I do if a Dutchie discount is not working properly?

Examples:

1. Item is 2/$20 but is not ringing up for the deal 

2. Item(s) ringing under a different deal, like 2/$40

1) Make sure to have the below info ready:

   a. Full 24-character Metrc tag number.

   b. Full item name or full item(s) category.

   c. What, if any, discount(s) are being applied?

   d. What are the item(s) being priced at?

   e. Image of the Leaf Logix cart where discount is working improperly.

2) Start a support ticket with the help topic 'Improperly Working Leaf Logix Discount'.

3) Set the product aside and await a response on the ticket
