What do I do if a Dutchie (online) discount is not working properly?

2. Item(s) ringing under a different deal, like 2/$40.

1) Make sure to have the below info ready:

   a. Full 24-character Metrc tag number.

   b. Full item name or full item(s) category.

  c. What, if any, discount(s) are being applied?  

  d. What are the item(s) being priced at?

  e. Image of the Dutchie (Online) cart where discount is working improperly.

2) Start a support ticket with the help topic 'Improperly Working Dutchie (Online) Discount'.

3) Set the product aside and await a response on the ticket
