Cleaning the Media Path (ZD410 / ZD411)

1) Power off the printer
2) Gently clean the sensors in the areas circled in red with a q-tip or other soft cloth soaked with 90% alcohol. Ensure they are dust free, let the alcohol evaporate for several minutes then try a print job again.
